For our Multi Service Appointment Booking System:
- No Refund for No-Shows: If a user fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation (as per the cancellation policy), no refund will be provided.
- Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Service Fees: Any service fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
3.2 Subscription Services
For our subscription-based services, including the Multi-Lingual AI-Powered News Portal:
- No Refund for Used Period: Subscriptions are non-refundable for any period that has already been used. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trials are limited to one per customer.
3.3 General Refund Terms

- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
